Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We offer refunds for damaged items, incorrect orders, or customer dissatisfaction within 14 days of the delivery date. Pre-owned products are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Q: How do I request a refund?
A: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at +357 25 780078 or send an email to info@maccenterprises.com. Provide your order number and include photos of any damaged items in your refund request.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Once we receive your refund request and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments through JCC and Cash on Delivery.

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: We use ACS for shipping orders.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We charge a flat rate of €2 for shipping. However, if your order total exceeds €50, the delivery is free.
